- Application Forms are available in the CASH COUNTER of the Puducherry Planning Authority, Puducherry on payment of Rs.10/- on all working days between 9.00 AM and 2.30 PM.
- Payment of Fees/other charges will be received by the CASHIER on all working days between 9.00 AM and 2.30 PM.
- Decision on Application for Sanction of Building Plans will be communicated as per the Puducherry Building Bye-law and Government Orders issued from time to time.
- Decision on the Revalidation of Plans will be communicated within 30 days
- Decision on completion certificate will be communicated within 30 days
- All Inquiries including advice on deficiencies in Application / Documents will be attended across the table by the TPA/Junior Town Planners of respective area in charge on all working days between based on the communication received with respect to the concerned proposal/case.
