The board, its constitution, function and powers

2. Constitution of the Board :

The Board shall be constituted as provided in section 3 of the Act.
In the case of a member nominated under sub-section
of section 3 to represent a commune shall cease to be a member of the Board if he ceases to be a member of the commune which he represents.
